Campos do Jordão

There is a little town, in the mountains, about 2.5 hours away from Sao Paulo. Several of our friends have been and had nothing but great things to say about it! For a last minute trip, we took the boys. It features many German and Swiss restaurants and architecture. Lots of chocolate shops! And one really amazing Argentinian steak house.

We stayed at a hotel a little outside of the town. It had wonderful views and of course a pool for the boys.

Literally, right next to the hotel was a fantastic activities park. SO much to do, and for kids of all ages.

Cayden had been talking NON STOP about zip lining. Thankfully, there was a small zip line for Beckham.

He did great! And finally, it was Cayden's turn. Since I was wearing tennis shoes, I got called up to go with him. Let me just say - in my older years, I'm a lot less brave. But for Cayden, I had to.  We started the long walk up the tower. The pictures do not do them justice. It was HIGH.

We made it, and Cayden was off. No fear!

And it was over quickly. Whew. On to a more easy paced, activity. Pony rides for the kids.

The views on the drive up to the town, were amazing. In a lot of ways it reminded me of Arkansas. Again, the photos don't do it justice.
