31 Weeks or 62 Days...

It is really amazing how time flies. The past few weeks have been nothing short of a whirlwind, and it really all revolves around the many changes in our lives. The biggest change thus far is the fact that in the last three weeks, we have packed our house and moved. When you think about it, three weeks seems like a pretty good amount of time. Not really. Especially when you are pregnant and can't help out as much as you would like. So it was basically all on Heath to bear the burden of getting us moved. He did a fantastic job, and we are in our apartment, which is an adjustment itself.

The next biggest change will come with Cayden's arrival. It would be foolish to say that "We are Ready!" and that there are no worries. Who is really ready for something that is going to change their entire lives? Cayden's first home will be in the apartment. All of his furniture is in the "dining room." Not that he is going to stay in there because he will be living in his Pack N Play in our bedroom for a few weeks, and then of course our house will be finished and we will have to move again, but who is really thinking about that right now...

Shower season is drawing near, and I must say that we have the greatest group of friends. Anyone is lucky to be showered once, but to have three in the makings is beyond a blessing. We really don't have much outside of the furniture, and the outfits that we have already received, so I look forward to all the baby stuff that is about to invade our future.

Now for the part that makes everyone say, "Ooooohhh......Ahhhhhhh!"

If you want a big laugh (no pun intended) check out the post of my belly in March.

Now about me: I am doing okay with the gestational diabetes thing. It is especially hard at this point in the pregnany to deny myself anything I want. I have picked up a sweets craving, and it is difficult to not want snack cakes, cake, ice cream, Yum-Yo's, donuts, snow cones...

I'm trying. I go to the doctor at the end of this week, and I am sure that the number on that scale will be in the teen's. I'm okay with that. We also have an ultrasound to check on his size and his kidneys, so it will be exciting to see the difference between the ultrasound at 19 weeks, and one at almost 32. We will also be starting our series of Birthing Classes. However, by luck, chance, fate, destiny, or whatever you choose to believe, Heath has managed to get out of the first class: The Video. I don't think he is too disappointed.

This post was a little lengthy but three weeks is a lot to catch up on.
